I am an EMCC accredited Executive Coach and this work involves working with you to embrace or make changes for yourself or your company. It may involve building confidence, career change,  strategy development, project management or people management whether that is at work or home. The situation is your own and we can have an initial chemistry chat to see whether we might be a good fit.

Building on my EMCC accredited coaching training alongside my career experience, I offer warm, non-judgmental and client led sessions to work with you to gain clarity of your situation and challenges as well as empower you to thrive and move forward with confidence.

To give you a bit of background on my own career experience; I spent 30 years in the music and arts industries working with both small organisations and global corporate conglomerates. I have worked across the arts industry in the UK, Europe and the U.S. including devising the artistic format and concept for Latitude Festival, creating a national platform for the arts. I have achieved nine awards across industries in recognition of groundbreaking changes to the festival format and successful delivery of events spanning the arts spectrum.

I have led and collaborated with teams of producers, directors, partnership teams and production departments to work together to produce and project manage multi-stakeholder, high impact events. This has involved working with CEO’s, freelancers, artists, and employees in each and every department within the organization including marketing, finance, development, sponsorship, IT and legal. I have also worked with multiple large organisations externally and my experience with managing and working with teams to realise their potential, spans across industries including the City of London, Live Nation, BID’s and Wellcome Trust amongst many.

Over the last few years I have increasingly been drawn to exploring strategic planning in new forms of engagement and how to illuminate new ideas and open minds.  I have explored ideas with Kings College London on how we live, how we collaborate and how we work together as a community to enjoy the world we want to live in. This has led me into executive coaching and my interest lies in empowering people to make the changes they want to see.

My transdisciplinary practice means I bring an open and curious mind to working with people and in working with people from a variety of perspectives, ages and experience in the workplace. I create a supportive environment where we will agree bespoke objectives. So whether you are dealing with a challenging situation, developing your leadership style or looking to explore some personal changes, I will tailor our work together to align your own values with your individual style and goals.

Personally I am an open and communicative person, whose goal in life as well as work is to bring balance and agile thinking to any situation During my career and personal life I’ve had many challenges with both situations and people, as in my experience life isn’t always a picture perfect Hollywood movie!  I enjoy coaching and believe it has the capacity for each of us to learn, adapt and champion ourselves whilst not negating the challenge that it might involve.

I’m keen to discuss the opportunity for coaching with you and look forward to hearing and discussing more with you. We can have a chemistry chat to see how we get on together and if you’re happy with that we can schedule some sessions together to work on any challenges, personal or professional, which you feel would benefit you. Please email me at info@tbhproductions.co.uk and we can discuss fees which are scaleable depending on number of sessions and income.
